Frequently Asked Questions

**Does IBO PLAYER contain any channels?**

The IBO PLAYER APP and its administrators do not provide playlists or assist users in finding them. We are not responsible for the content uploaded to our app. Please note that the app does not include any channels after activation, and payments are non-refundable if you purchase the app without having a playlist or if something is not functioning as expected.

**My MAC address changed after switching connection types.**

Each TV has two MAC addresses: one for WiFi and another for Ethernet. When you switch connection types and restart the app, the second MAC address is activated automatically. MAC addresses are unique to every TV and cannot be manually changed.

**Why is the app not working when the playlist works on my computer?**

If the app does not work while the playlist functions on your computer, it could be due to an ISP lock if your computer is on a different network. If the networks are the same and the app still doesn't work, it might be due to your TV's supported format. Not all Smart TVs support every content type, as each TV model differs and may not support specific streaming formats.

**My playlist won't open, freezes, or slows down. What should I do?**

Ensure your playlist is active and has no limitations or issues. We do not have access to playlists for privacy reasons and cannot offer assistance with them.

**I'm getting an "Unable to Stream" error.**

This message indicates restrictions on a playlist. We do not have access to playlists and cannot offer assistance due to privacy reasons.

**Supported formats for Smart TVs:**

- Samsung supported formats and codecs

- LG webOS supported formats and codecs

- Android platform supported formats and codecs

**Why can't I start the APP?**

Issues starting the app are often due to your internet connection. Please check your connection before contacting your provider. The problem is frequently related to connectivity rather than the provider.

**Does the IBO PLAYER APP have an EPG system?**

The app does not have an integrated EPG system. However, if your provider offers an EPG-ready system, it should work with our platform.
